Bad Experienc turned around into a great Experince

we decided on Friday (29/01/2016) to head down to our local spur for some take outs. we walked in and placed our take away order ( 2 double Texan blaze burgers , crumbed mushrooms with garlic sauce and an extra chips)<br> the waitress told us to give them 15 min to prepare. so we gave them 20 min and headed back to pick up our take outs , only to hear that they had mistakenly plated it. we then had to wait for them to box it which took another 20 min. eventually after getting our food we headed to the car only to realize our chips and garlic sauce wast there. eventually after getting that we headed home to realize the Texan blaze sauce wasn't there. headed back. where Devin was standing at the door and immediately sorted the situation out . made them make our meals over so that they could be fresh and warm our wait wasn't even 10 mins long and we even received a complimentary milkshake. thank you devil for making our bad experience into a great quick experience. you are defiantly worth of your manager position. you are exactly how managers should act :)
