Bad customer service (Spur Georgia Shelly centre)

I am so disappointed with the service I received today at Spur (GEORGIA Shelly centre). We arrived around 11:40am we waited, no waiter was assigned to our table, we had to call someone to take our order which took ages to arrive and it was wrong. No one came to check on us and if everything was okay, after we finished eating we asked for a bill and the lady asked the payment method we told her that we using card and we were told to stand up and pay at the front desk but other customers were paying with card on their tables. It was really disappointing to get such experience and I don’t see my self recommending that spur ever again.
