Bad Customer service

We at Silver Falcon Spur at Maponya Mall with my family, the service that we received from Mokiti was not impressive at all, we watched him serve people of larger groups than us and majority of the people that came after us were served by other waiters and waitresses. I've too quite a few Spurs and never received such bad service. They really not friendly at all.
