Bad Customer Service

Spur Promenade Mall, staff is absolutely rude and food takes 1hr to arrive... The staff have no sense of customer service, i don't usually write reviews bt this one had to, we waited for approximately 45 for our drinks and i had to speak to the manager on duty... It shortly arrived and now we waiting for food arrived and hour later, with mushrooms missing on it... The service is ***
