Bad customer service

The service at spur at the Cape Town international airport is really disgusting, I mean you walk in and nobody attends to you, and you go sit down 20 minutes later no one has even taken ur food order, they treat the airport staff like ****, then a person of color walks in after you and they gonna get better and quicker service than you did, like honestly, it’s just wrong, an hour later you still waiting for ur meal and when you ask them they just give u attitude
