Bad customer service

I'm at Spur masingita mall and it's my birthday, the cashier when we arrived I asked her don't u sing for people on their birthday cause it's my birthday 2day and she responded with attitude saying we don't sing for people who do take aways fine I ordered nd she gave me the wrong order
