Bad Customer Service

Spur Cornubia's Noxolo, a Waitress backed by Manager on duty instructed us to remove our kids from the play area shared between Spur and Panarottis, after a sit down meal at Spur, going to place a take away order at Panarottis. We tried to explain our intentions but the Manager refused to listen. We had to stop our kids from playing, take them toward Panarottis and make them return to the same play area, causing us unnecessary delay and inconvenience. I've always loved Spur but this afternoon's treatment made me feel otherwise. Also, I believe cartecy is important but returning every 3 minutes asking if customers are still OK is rather annoying.
