bad customer service

Jooste, manager of spur in Northgate is ******. he only talks to white customers. he skipped about 6 tables of black families after doing his round on another white people table to speak to another white table. he disappeared for a while until other white people occupied a table close by and did another check on them. Sam, a black manager came did his rounds on all tables after an hour of us being there!
