bad customer service

The worst experience we ever had at spur, the service sucked big time we took our father to spur for he's birthday he was waiting for us inside in the mean time my sister put our name down for 20 people waited at a table cz he didn't feel like waiting outside cz hes feet were swollen cz he's got some medical issues we waited the one waiter who knows us from coming there so long was gonna assist us said we must just wait a bit then he will clean the table for us, one of the manager came to him and told him we must go out and wait outside how rude of her to chase us out but we went out,the not even 5 minutes they called us back in we got our same seats I was so furious then I told the waiter how mean of the manager to chuck us out like that ,then we placed our order our food came then it was too little bugers, there was about 2 short so we told the waiter we still short 2 burgers we went back then he came back counting the plates several times we felt so bad thinking why must we lie over food that's the lowest thing to do,then I told the waiter call your manager and he actually refuse to come I got so angry,the waiter was excellent but management wastnt up to standard no apologies!
