Bad customer service

Gold rush spur On the 30th March I went to spur gold rush and received a very cold treatment from my waiter unfriendly human being , I ignored that then later he comes to say well our machines don’t work you must go withdraw which I did do but I noticed that I’m the only one who did that , when me and my kids where done I ask him so since I lost my spur card will he load my points for today he says yes I then tell him I was there the previous week can he advise if the waiter who assisted me loaded my point he says I must contact the call center , on exit I ask him do my kids get a lucky packets with an attitude he says no without a proper explanation. If people are unhappy with their jobs taking it out on customers is totally unacceptable customer service there is very bad very bad
