Bad customer service

I had the most bad and poor customer experience last night as Spur Westgate Mall Mitchell's Plain, i placed my takeaway at 7:56pm and received my food at 9:05pm after the lady said it would be about 20-30mins and people that came after me got their food before me only after i complained 10mins later i received my food. The manager never even came to apologize to me she just stood at grill area sent the waiter. My Wife who's birthday it was came late from work and had to wait 15mins outside our home my Son was with his day mother who kept calling me to fetch because they had to go out and to top it off i had take them to their appointment which i wasted R150rands of diesel. My order was the burger special which i ordered 3X beef and 1X chicken and all four was beef burgers. Im not happy with their pathetic service and bad business practice from management. It wasn't just my service that was poor but about 3 other customers which the one lady even requested a refund.
