Bad client service

Yesterday' i visited Spur Montana in potchfestroom we received very bad client service.we were sitted nicely at first the drama begin after ordering our food and it took forever to get what upset us is that they were two family after us and received their food .the waiter was not even checking or informing about the progress of the food organization eventually offer something while we wait.i went to the till to pay the drinks for our milkshake and after the manager was telling they are short staffed of which we could been told before while we wait.
