Bad businezz

The waiter had a terrible attitude the entire way through and many times just asked my partner with back turned to me if everything was OK still and never asked myself the other person at the table....... After the meal when we were paying the waitress(with braided cornrows) she actually demanded a tip and also said why do we want our change where she can just keep it...... I mentioned to her that it's called GRATUITY and emphasized this and she laughed at me..... I feel this is disrespectful as we spend money hard earned money at sour because of its high standards and this was appalling...... On top of this the manager on the 20 September came to do the cellphone survey and when doing so I added my details at this point I never knew the name of the waitress and was looking to give a honest opinion 9f the service I had just received and the manager said she will add the name of the waitress and when I handed the phone to the manager to select she filled in the name along with everything else..... This behavior I was shocked by because this means she as the manager is rating the service which is wrong...... And for how long had this been happening.......
