Bad breakfast once again

My family met for breakfast at Blackheath Spur this morning. We have met here several times and never had a great experience. Today tops it of. Service is terrible. Meals come cold, have to wait 15 more minutes for our top up, coffee is cold by the time milk arrives, bad attitude when asking for sauces. Why must the manager have to have a complaint before she takes over and try to serve us. Too little too late. Will never come back.
