Bad, bad, super bad service at Santa Ana Spur Waterfront

Had the most awful experience at Santa Ana Spur, V&A Waterfront on Sunday. From the time we arrived until we left. Firstly the waitress welcoming the guests called us back, abruptly telling us to wait in the line, after a waiter called us in because there was a table for 2 available, the family in the line was 6 people, no way they would have been sorted at a table for 2. We then waited for 20 minutes and had to call the manager, who had on the most dirty jacket and jeans, told him we were leaving in the next 5 minutes if we our order was not taken, he offered us coffee and we placed our order. While eating I could not understand what was going into my lip, when I discovered that the fork was badly bent, oh my word, surely this should be checked before rolling in the serviette. I then pointed this out to our waiter, who called the senior, I will leave this just here, never ever going there again, so if the top staff is so unhygienic then how are we assured that the food we getting is being prepared in the proper manner.
