Bad bad service

I arranged a birthday at them when i got there i was told to wait they had forgotten.. the lady working infront are so rasist laughed at me when i asked her about it and the table wasnt even set properly with the party packs and the party hats..... UTTERLY UTTERLY UTTERLY DISSAPOINYED IN THEM
