BAD BAD SERVICE

<p>We went to Wakita Spur in the Kolonnade shopping centre last night for my son's 10th birthday. From the get go we where treated badly. The waitress who helped us took our Spur cards and when she came back she threw it to my cousin in the table Strike one. She was rude and my cousin asked for another waiter Strike two. He was atleast friendly. When they came to sing to my son they handed a sparkly to him no ice cream nothing Strike three. We had to ask as that was the Spur tradition Strike five. We had to waive and call for our waiter to pay the bill, we got ignored for that untill my cousing got up Strike six.We received the bill and my cousin was charged R86 for a GLASS of wine Strike Seven. We had extra charges of R1 and 90c on our bill which we disputed and it was eventually set right LAST STRIKE. This was the worst service and that on a 10 year olds birthday. I wont visit that SPUR ever again. This is not what service is all about. Infact Spur is the last place we would go to. Never again!!!!</p>
