Bad bad bad service

On 13/01/2019 me and my family went to Oregon Spur in Secunda Mpumalanga. My wife placed the orders,so she oredered two kiddies meals and two snitchels for me and her. We waited about 20 min for the food to arrive at the table. When they brought the food to the table,the waiter only brought the two kiddies meals and one snitchel. I then thought that they would still bring the other snitchel. The waiter then left our table and did not pitch up at the table again.,she was also nowhere to be seen. She then came after about 20min to ask if all is fine,I then asked her where my plate of food was and she then told me that she forget to order the food at the chefs. She did not even ask a apology or anything. This is really bad service and spur won't see me anytime soon with this type of bad service
