"Bad attitude & worst behavour ever coming from so called managers"

I am regular customer at ''Lone Creek Spur''- Mall of Africa as i work very close to the mall but coming to the store sometimes it becomes a nightmare as i constantly experience arrogance, bullying & bad attitude towards fellow employees and customers from managers.

Shouting a fellow employee infront of customers is not a solution to a problem rather call the person to speak in private to resolve, I have seen not once, twice or thrice but many times guys in grey or white shirts throwing tantrums towards waiters/waitresees in front of us.

Yesterday the 10/10/2018 at about 15h10 I experienced the "Bad attitude & worst behavour ever coming from so called managers"AGAIN from the same person who is now the ''MASTER OF TANTRUMS" towards the waiter who was serving mother and daughter and it was not nice at all, "ANITA" has really bad attitude and has no manners at all wish she could be taken back to " customer service training" as it does not apply to customers only one day it will be a wrong customer who will drive straight to head office just to make sure that she is DISMISSED with immediate effect.

Kindly sort her out before its too late for the reputation of the store. One can get hold of me on **********
