bad attitude to the customer

We were at Road side, Thanda Tau Hotel for the whole week. we were given the vouchers to buy a food at Spur. We experienced a bad treatment from the shop were the lady called Grace was assisting us, immediately at 21h00 she requested us to leave in the shop since they are closing while we are still eating and we responded that we are still eating, then we left without given the take aways.

The second day we also went there and she identified us, we place the orders, with attitude she just dumped our orders in the table without looking for us. s We discussed with the Shop manager he just say ok without apologising.

We were not having a choice of other restaurant on the 3rd day went were the lady demanded tip from us. I request the head office to apologies to us since we lost the lot of money to the food not taking it.
