Bad attitude & service

Hi,<br> <br> Last night around 8pm my mom and I had a horrible experience at one of your restaurants at the Ballito Junction Mall.<br> There was a miscommunication between myself and one of your waiters by the name of TK. He said that i had ordered an adult milkshake when in fact I didn't. After this incident he was angry and did not bother to service us afterwards. He didn't bother to ask my mom and I if we were enjoying our meal, we had ordered lamb chops and ribs, and he only gave us one finger bowl to use, and then when we had finished our meals, we had some leftovers to take, he just handed us the takeway container and walked away without saying a word.<br> My mom and I were disgusted by this behavior, we had to call one of you Managers (Lwandile) and explain to him our experience. He reassured us that he will address the matter and thanked us for bring it to his attention.<br> I as well am writing this complaint to ensure that matter is addressed and that this type of behaviour is never repeated. My mom paid good money for TK to treat us in this kind of manner.
