Bad attitude/Rude

On 30 December we had breakfast at the Spur in Herm****. What a disaster. Our waitress, Jane, had a very bad attitude towards us. She did not introduce herself to begin with. We greeted her in Afrikaans as this is our home language. She was very irritated that we spoke in Afrikaans and she made it very clear with an attitude that she did not understand and will not serve us in Afrikaans. This is was not the problem being served in English. The problem was her attitude. I wrote to Spur on the web site but haven't heard anything back yet. Its like Spur don't care. As regular customers of Spur I must say that I am very disappointed. I would really like some sort of communication from Spur.
