Bad attitude given by staff member

On Tuesday 17 March 2015, my sister and I went out to movies and afterwards caught up with my fiance and his friend at Spur Mall of the north in Polokwane. They were sitting outside in the smoking area. We had such great service from a young guy by the name Gabriel. He was very friendly, helpful and patient. Just around closing time (Not sure exactly what time it was), Pumla wanted to cash up. She came outside and started screaming at Gabriel and asking if he thinks shes got time to play. Gabriel kept quite and approached our table and asked that we pay the bill because Pumla needs to cash up. I asked him why she spoke to him in that way and he said she always does that. His other colleagues who were cleaning up also confirmed that she is rude and people complain about her. My fiancee and sister decided to go pay so that we do not get Gabriel into trouble. When they got there she told them that the bank is closed and she will NOT accept cards. Now we had to walk to the nearest ATM because she decided to close up before we all left as I think should be the procedure. I need to know exactly what steps will be taken against this girl. She is unprofessional and rude to say the least.
