Bad and Hard Steak - Disappointment

I went to Spur Observatory on the 4 April 2023. I ordered a Ramadaan special and a 300g Cheddarmelt Steak. The order never took long but the steak and the onion rings were horrible. The steak was extremely hard on the outside even the inside felt hard. Seemed like the steak wasn't made fresh and was just heated up again and given to me. The Onion rings was over cooked and even when you picked it up it broke in pieces. That's how over cooked it was. This was a very bad experience and was extremely disappointed. I don't understand that they could serve food like this to a customer. Spur should have a person that checks these things and do quality control.
