awful service!!!

<p>Was absolutely disappointed by the service yet again!!!! The waiter brought me cold food...not once but twice after he had served peopleWas absolutely disappointed by the service yet again!!!! Then he said a manager would be with me shorty...40min later I was still waiting for my meal. Eventually I got up to find the manager who had my food ready in just a few moments. The waiter Raymond never bothered to come back, bring my kids their drinks or check on us. He just vanished!!! Would not give this spur the benefit of the doubt ever again...complete waste of time. you guys need some serious customer service training! who arrived 10min after me!!
