Awful experience all round..

Yhooo, what a terrible experience it was eating at the Spur in Grahamstown this past weekend.

Firstly, the service was not up to standard, the waitress serving us made us wait for such a long time before actually asking what we would be drinking. This is after they had decided to change tables with another waitress. The waiters also kept having chats with each whilst serving us and you would find we had to repeat ourselves.

When the food actually arrived, it looked like food that was rushed to say the least. My aunt ordered scrambled eggs, and when her plate arrived the food was soaking in water from the egg. The food we ordered for my daughter was so hard. The food was just a disaster!!

No one come to provide us with our bill to pay, and the waiter only started printing it when we were by the counter to ask for it.

My aunt was so upset she forgot her cellphone there. When we realized this and went later to go an collect the phone, the lady at the counter was very uninterested shame.

I wish I exaggerating about our experience, but I have actually toned it down. I do not even think the one star is deserved in this review!
