<p>we were at Spur Jabulani Mall celebrating my nephew's birthday, i must say the day was made special and i liked how one of the managers Lerato Mtimkhulu went an extra mile and ensured we are taken care off, </p> <p>they had an issue with the gaming facility which i esclated to Lerato and within 20min she gave the status update. </p> <p>her customer service s****s are on point and i would like to thank her for making the day memorable, </p> <p>i experienced bad customer service at the branch before however after this most recent one i am confident that i will visit the branch again with my family.</p> <p> </p>
