I contacted spur constantia n the guy by the name of Gift answered the phone, I told him what I wanted as usual (16 buffalo wings and veggies? he was like we don't HV that king of menu.. I asked him what duz he mean cz I'm always eating same meal since wen? He then started the argument telling me that they can not assist me cz wings only cums with chips, I then told him can I pls speak to the manager since he was waisting my time n airtime bcz I'm always ordering the same meal... Lol mmhmmm here cums the manager talking to me as if I don't know what I wanted n how stupid I was.. I then went there afta 15 min to collecty order booom my order was not even placed lol I had to wait for another 15 min... This is unacceptable.. They should learn to have telephone manners n try to respect customers!
