Atrocious service at Silver Dollar Spur, Grand West

We received absolutely atrocious service at the Silver Dollar Spur at Grandwest. The staff is useless. We waited very long for a table. We had to sit seperately from the children. Then we waited 15 minutes for drinks. The orders were wrong, the beer got warm, and no ice was brought with the other drinks. We asked for the manager, but was told he was not present. Nobody really had an answer to the bad service - the reply was there is a shortage of staff. All we wanted was to have a good time for a child's birthday. But this was terrible.
