atrocious service

On the evening of 18 Jan 2016, I took out my family of 4 plus 3 friends to Mistry Creek Spur in Ben Fleur Witbank to celebrate my wife's birthday. the restaurant was not busy on the day and we were served by the guy named Kwagga at table 125 and what a horrible way to celebrate someone's birthday. Firstly, he took a long time to come to our table of 7 to take the orders. we had to repeat ourselves gazillion times and he was not writing anything down but we gave him benefit of the doubt. as my instinct told me, did he get our orders wrong. We waited for the food for a long period of time - close to 45 mins and thought may be is due to serving so many people. when the food arrived, the orders were mixed up and my wife's chicken breast never ever arrived and when we enquired we were told they were still preparing it - an hour later. we then told them to keep it. to make matters worse, when we left our bill was wrong and we were over-charged on drinks where the same drink i.e. Fuze juices - for the same juice, different prices. then we called a guy who we were told was a 'manager' who wasn't helpful and showed no interest. this kind will surely never bring us back.<br> thanks a lot??<br> Mac
