Atrocious customer service.

We had my nieces 7th birthday party at Wild Falcon Spur @ Heathway Square in Blackheath on the 1st December 2024. Needless to say the experience left a bitter taste in the mouths of the guests and the kids alike. On arrival the table setting wasnt set up and we had to wait for that to happen together with the table for the adults. We were a party of 40, 20 kids and 20 parents. Our waiter from the start we indicated that the bill will be split for the parents. Your's truly Siya didnt know if he was coming or going. I placed an order together with that of my husband. Guess what husband's food came and I had to wait nearly 40 min for a seafood platter to be prepared. How is it that a Warrior Combo with meat gets prepared faster than that of a Seafood platter. The kids order was messed up, how do you bring the kids food in drips and drabs and then offer their drinks a whole 30min's after eating. Another issue that bothered me was that there was a party right next to ours where the guests arrived after us yet their food was served on time. They had water of their tables, cutlery as well as condiments and wet wipes. We had to request these items when our food arrived to those that received food. Also the presentation of the desert for the kids our's was in paper cups and the table next door had glass dessert bowls. Our ice cream was literally melting. This was the worst experience that I had as a paying guest at a Spur to be honest and will never set foot there again.
