Atrocious customer service

My experience at Spur Kokstad and Spur Gateway led me to believe that my money is less important then that of white and indian patrons. A week apart, first at Kokstad i was given a menu and sat down whereby i was meant to wait for 30 minutes before being served, no check up, thought it was just that spur on that day. Secondly, 28 March i was escorted by a waitress to a table and sat down for 20 minutes before a waiter that passed asked whether ive been helped, same experience same province different towns. One can draw to an obvious conclusion, you are either served based on your tip potential as i was alone or black on black crime. Atrocious customer service.
