Atrocious

Spur Steak Ranches the most unacceptable service today. Ordered a takeaway of 2 portions of spare ribs, chips and onion rings for my parents and a rare rump steak, baked potato and sour cream from your Spur in Sable square today. I repeated the order twice to order taker. Upon arrival order incomplete but instead of apologizing order taker rushes to kitchen and puts pressure on them because she didnt fulfill the necessary order. I call for management and am sent junior manager who offers free glass of wine to calm me while I wait. I refuse because this is about poor service which hasn't been dealt with or acknowledged. I complain that while I await original order to be done everything else is getting cold. No they will redo the order. I am angry for the inconvenience and demand apology because disciplinary hearings teach NOTHING. Give manager my cards to pay for order and leave. Get in my car to drive away and see receptionist running around the parking lot like a headless chicken. O **** he forgot to charge me. I repark the car, go to Spur Sable Square and now he is nowhere to be found. Senior manager apologizing profusely offers drink and I refuse. I get home to finally serve mom and dad. All portions are ICE COLD and the order placed for baked potato is missing. But I have the sour cream YAY. So I phone the branch to complain. The manager is not interested in sorting out the problem but only apportioning blame. No personal responsibility for the mistakes although he was addressed personally. Give me your contact details and we will contact sort this out. ***??? I gave my contact details when I placed the order and gave a verbal complaint to you, your manager and order taker. Somehow the gravity of repeated mistakes and being given an opportunity to sort these out doesn't matter. Something about a captive audience. Disgusting and unacceptable. The franchise needs to be placed on notice not only for atrocious lack of attention to detail but also for lack of concern. After repeating an order twice, engaging with a junior manager, a senior manager and STILL getting it wrong there is a SERIOUS PROBLEM that needs to be addressed.
