Assaulted, bad service

We had lunch at Spur Phalaborwa, Limpopo on the 10 July 2023 and a girl assaulted my grandchildren. She is about 10 and big for her age, she slapped my five year on his cheek and kicked my 7 year old between his legs. The assistant saw and allerted the manager and nothing was done. Even our food was served cold, we waited an hour and a half for our food and our waiter actually became angry. Terrible service, and it used to be our favorite place to spend family time. I won't recommend to anyone and it is a sad ending to what was always a happy time.
