We order 5roses Tea, Latte, and a hot chocolate. Immediately my wife discovered hair in her “Hot Chocolate” we called tje waiter and showed her what we discovered! She apologized and replaced the “hot chocolate” a while later we order food! Still being disappointed in finding the hair we continued to order food! 1 Trailblazer breakfast, 1 Ranch breakfast and 1 double rib burger with chips and union rings. As we enjoyed our food my attention was drawn to the to the union rings. And there was a massive long black hair in the union rings! This grossed me totally out. I called for the waiter and showed her again the hair, the manager in Duty Brenda came to my table and asked me what do i want to do replace it or keep eating the same plate! How can this be possible to ask a question like that! I asked her how is this possible to find so much hair in the drinks and food i asked her is the back kitchen staff wearing facemark and hair guards? She chosen not to anwser me and simply walked away! Minutes later she walked back in and handed me a new plate of food. Which i took as a takeaway the bill was still charged R416.40 no discount was given for the inconvenience cause. I would recommend the public members of Mahikeng ro not stop supporting our local Spur but to however double check your food and dinks when it’s being served to you! And always request the staff to ensure the back of the kitchen staff are wearing facemarks and hair guards so that they can prevent hair falling into your food.
