Area manager

Yesterday I went to spur in Clairemont 1st for lunch at Rodeo spur what a awesome time beautiful service fantastic food and wonderful managers checking up on you making sure you enjoying your stay and a wonderful waiter raessa. Then after walking around and doing some shopping we stopped at the spur in Cavendish link for dessert while the dessert was lovely the waiter mandala was awesome the rest disappointingly sad. Not once did a manager come around and check on us but what was worst was that when we were seated there was a lady sitting at the table near to us that got up and moved to another table and when I looked over she was giving us a ugly look. As if we were trespassing on her space. Only to find out later that this same women was the (area manager) for spur. Not only did she not check up on us she made us feel like we were unwelcome trespassers. On top of that we were asked to fill in screening forms only after we were seated what is this point. So if we answered in the negative were we going to be put out. Is this really the standard spur has dropped to. I think not as we had a complete different experience in Rodeo spur.
