Appaloosa spur SHOCKING FOOD AND SERVICE

Good day

on Sunday 29-04 we took a drive for the day to Dullstroom and passes Appaloosa Spur and i decided that on our way back this will be our coffee and dessert stop on the way home.MISTAKE

as we arrived at the spur at around 5 we ordered some coffees and dessert. it took 30 min for 2 waffels and 2 malva pudding. this was a bit worrying as there was only about a quarter shop ad not busy

on receiving the desserts the ice cream on the malva plates was melted all ready and the waffles was burnt but just on the one side but flipped over so we could not notice it

there was no floor manager that came around to table and also the waiter never came around to hear if all was good with the food.

as i came to the cash desk to pay the waiter and manager came from the kitchen

this experience is very worrying as the location is amazing but this will do the returning customer not good as next time i will have my coffee and dessert in Dullstroom to avoid disappointment
