Appallingly terrible service

We took the kids to Spur Grey Owl in Centurion and to say the service was poor is an understatement. This waiter was not bothered honestly, came to take a drinks order and only brought it 30 minutes later, at that point I knew we were in for the worst lunch of our lives, Tge food came, as bland as ever, ice-cream was seperating itself from the milk. I was so disappointed. How do you tip someone that isn't present. I gave him my family card and till today my points haven't been added to my profile. It's way past 72hours.
