Appalling Service Spu Cornubia

last night i visited the Spur at the Cornubia Mall in Durban, it was 8pm and they were closing at 9. The service was absolutely non-existent as the staff were getting ready and packing up and not paying attention to the customers.My waiter took our order and then disappeared and i only saw him when i requested the bill. Anyway in between the terrible service my food was served and it was nachos which cost about R100 WHICH I WAS HAPPY TO PAY FOR- when it arrived it was Doritos nachos with sauce and cheese clumsily thrown onto it and when the waiter asked me if i want i Hot or not i opted for the Hot - when the Nachos were served there were chillies which were unevenly chopped scattered on the nachos. It looked terrible and unappetising and I called for the Manager, Nosipho she came to my table and i explained that I was not happy with the presentation nor the taste of it as it was not even hot when i tasted it- she said that "it is hot as she can see the chilli bits on it" and i told her am not happy about this meal at all- she said she i can order something else and i still need to pay for this because i ordered it and she went away, she said she is happy for me to put this on social media and anywhere i wanted to - i was very very disappointed - ( I had had a very tough day and the reason i went out was to relax and unwind and except for paying for a meal that really was terrible in every way to me, the service was appalling. I would like this matter to be looked into as from all my years visiting Spur steak ranches around the country, this one was a terrible experience and i would not recommend this place to anybody.
