Appalling service on a Monday

<p>Firstly they don't take bookings on a Monday even though. I was waiting at the entrance to be seated for about 10 minutes only for other people to walk in and be served or welcomed before me I thought it was first customer first serve. Clearly not here. The manager was very helpful but it doesn't clear the fact that the service of welcome is appalling. Then only to be helped when I had to step in front of other customers and placed randomly nothing asked or greeted so unfriendly for a hostess! Not only did she just walk away like nothing of please follow me and I needed to ask a question and she just walked away had to help myself with menus and seating. Placed me at a wet and dirty table and received a dirty glass. So ya let's see the results of the food.</p>
