Appalling Service- Arrow Ridge Spur

So it's Sunday the 20th August 2017 and me and my family decide to go out for lunch at Arrow Ridge Spur in Wonderboom. Little did we know what waited ahead for us . We got to this Spur at around 16h30 and we were seated and ready to order by 16h50. Sbongile was our waiter for the day and she started out Fairly ok. As soon as we placed our order everything just went south from there. The food took over 40 mins to arrive at this point we are now very unhappy. When the food finaly arrived it was cold. When we brought this up with Sbongile she seemed less bothered about all this as I heard no apology from her. All she did was take the food and go microwave it. My parents have been coming to this Spur for some time now and even they say this is the straw that broke the camel's back.
