Appalling Service and Points not loaded

I was at Spur Clearwater on Tuesday, 21 January 2025 in the evening and the service was not good at all - our waiter collected our plates then disappeared. We asked another waitress for assistance or to locate him and they couldn’t find him.

We asked for the bill and waited once again. We ended up getting up to go pay at the counter as no one was attending to us.

I provided my cell number for points and till today my points were not loaded.

Regardless I still tipped but was ********** with my points.
