Appalling customer service

Absolutely appalling that I'd come to Spur Jean Avenue, Centurion and be ignored by a trainee waiter who clearly has nothing to do loitering around the restaurant. I needed assistance, raised my hand he looked straight at my face told someone else to attend to me who wasn't even a waiter. Then he came to the table next to me where this gentleman was busy working and asked of he was still okay.... I'm not going to make this a racial issue but yes trainee is a white male, patron next to my table is a white male. And I come here spend my hard earned money and don't receive service. Absolutely unacceptable.
