appalling consumer service at SPAR POLKWANE, Thabo mbeki street

Hello Peter Today I went shopping at spar with the hopes of also withdrawing money from the till, the Cashier their rang my bottle of soda drink, and I requested R200 withdrawal from her till, she informed me that she doesn’t have that money on her register, and rudely said I need to go ask from a different till. I then asked her should I be the 1 jumping from till to till asking every cashier if they have R 200 for my withdrawal, after standing in the que to get assistance, And her response was: well you the one who needs the money so, YES.. I left to go inform the manager about the incident and he did resolve my issue for me.. The consumer service I got from Gloria Mokwate at spar Polokwane in Thabo mbeki street was very atrocious and appalling..
