Apouling customer service

So on Friday I went to spur with my son, get to spur and I was given table for 2, but didn't like the place I was sitting cos was next to the bell which was kept on being bitten, so I moved tables which was dirty, so I asked a cleaner to clean it, she said she's coming back and never did, so I asked my waiter(siya) to clean it and he kept on saying he will, had to ask him 3 times until I was not bothered and just wanted our food to eat so we can leave, he first brought out my food and later (5m) my son's food and a wrong juice Wich I asked him to take back, after that a manager had a nerve to come ask me why am I returning the juice and I explained she then insisted I take something else, but told her I don't want anything else, she the goes to the waiter started arguing Abt the juice I could hear everything being said about me, so I decided to take a doggy bag as the service was apouling upon asking for my bill my waiter then went to serve another table ignoring me he then later came and said I need to go pay at the front with no assistance from him, so I went to pay and left, I then complained on their messenger page, which I was called by some manager and I asked to call in an hour but never did.....

What an experience 😔😔😔😔
