Another bad Spur encounter

What is happening to Spur? On Friday night we visited Spur in Brackenfell. My word...horror! How can a manager allow this. At the door we were greeted by a young man, wearing a vest!!!!! Reeking of sweat with his underarms exposed. What happened to food hygiene and in this case common sense. He smelled so bad the entire reception area STANK! I felt sick to my stomach. Apparently Spur has chosen to ignore all food safety regulations. This man also had a long mullet haircut to fit the vest and overall appearance. <br> In addition the toilet doors were broken and cannot lock. No toilet paper and occupied by staff. The dirty toilets blended well with the stink in reception. We ordered 2 children's meals. They were served on steaming hot plates. The waitress couldn't touch it herself. Kids burnt their fingers and were agitated as the food stayed hot due to the hot plates.<br> 2 months ago I lodged a complaint on the Spur website about another bad experience at Spur N1 city. I was NEVER contacted. There we had dirty cups and a burnt breakfast. <br> When a company wants to increase their rates as Spur does, perhaps they can consider basic food hygiene and value for money!
