Anniversary flop

Today was my anniversary. Traveled a distance to Fish Hoek spur. Arrived at 12:40 with my wife. Waiter Israel came and showed us a seat and we said window and he took us to the window. He came with the menu and we ordered. We waited and he assisted other tables as clients came in. One table was done and had their deserts delivered by him and that was also done. Time started ticking and it’s was the 3:15. Called him and he probably could not hear but not once did he come to our table and tell us food is almost done or so or how far the food will be . At 13:25 my wife got up and went to the waiter and asked him where is the food we waiting and he went to the manager. The manager was very surprised but did not say anything like wait let’s see because my wife said we also going now. He got up and went to his computer and after wards he went to the kitchen with the waiterbut did not tel us what he will do. We then decided to leave the place. Not even did one of them come call us and apologise to us. Can u believe this on our 35 anniversary this is how I’m treated all the way from Mitchell’s plain to fish hole because we love the place and scenery. I ended up at the fish shop eating fish and chips on my 35 Aniversary. Spur I can’t believe this how I was treated .
