AMAZING SERVICE

Had lunch at Spur on a lovely Saturday afternoon and had the pleasure of being served by a jolly Steve :)<br> <br> He checked on us frequently and so did one of the managers - Mandla.<br> <br> I wasnt happy with the calamari i ordered and i informed Steve that i was very content with the side dishes but he insisted on returning my plate to the kitchen.<br> <br> A moment later, another manager - Farayi came to enquire about my complaint. I informed him that i wasnt happy with the calamari but was satisfied by the rest of the meal.<br> He asked if he could get me anything else and i informed him i was ok. He insisted and offered to give me the menu so i could order something else. I jus asked for a burger and in a few short moments he came back with a lovely plate with burger, chips, onion rings the works!<br> I was so impressed :)<br> Of course i had no room left in my tummy but it definately left a good taste in my mouth.<br> <br> I had stopped going to most Spur branches because there is always a queue and the waiters cant wait to bring you your bill, they are usually like bus stations, but Steve and Farayi have restored my love for Spur and Cresta will be the only one i visit, because of those pleasant gentlemen :)
