Alamo spur Tygervalley

I went to Alamo spur in tygervalley on the 05/05/2021 18:30 and was assisted by Paul for a takeaway. He took my spur card but when he brought the order he tild me that he can't find my card. He just brought me a new card and told me to phone the call centre and tell them what happened. I am not happy with this at all. Now I must waste my time and money trying to rectify his mistake. He was not sorry at all about what he did. I have never received such bad service. It is pathetic
