Absolutely shocking!

Absolutely shocking! I have been phoning the Spur in Herm**** for more than 2 hours, and they don’t even have the decency to answer their phone!! Every year in December it’s the same story-they cannot handle being busy, and when it’s quiet they cry for customers.
